Executive Assistant to Company Director

Sensitive, highly confidential role. Working directly with company owner.

Male / female all allowed

Minimum pay RM6,000 monthly up to RM10,000 with more experience

Travel 1-2x annually included & compensated

Require neat and tidy EA / personal assistant to company director

Average physical fitness or better

MUST speak ENGLISH

MUST also ONE OF:

• Bahasa Malaysia

• ⁠Mandarin

• ⁠Cantonese

Flexible hours mostly from 12pm noon to 10pm every day.

Not all hours busy but if have tasks, they will fall within this time period.

One off day weekly, not a fixed day. Working on weekends often required.

Task description: Communicating and organizing events, arranging reservations, sourcing and ordering items (including in-person pickup), and driving short distances within Selangor (rarely).

Bonus and higher pay if previous experience in: Army, police, or private security.
