Position Details

• Position: Executive Assistant to Director
• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: 3–7 Years
• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings and appointments
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and meeting briefs
• Handle confidential documents and sensitive information
• Monitor follow-ups, deadlines and important assignments
• Coordinate official travel and meeting arrangements
• Maintain professional communication with various stakeholders

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Candidate with 3–7 years of relevant experience
• Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, email and documentation
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
