Executive Assistant to Director

• 1-Coordinate with procurement teams to track purchase orders, vendor communications, and project timelines
• .2-Maintain confidential records, contracts, and procurement-related documentation
• .3-Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Purchase Director.
• 4-Follow up with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely completion of action items.
• 5-Assist in preparing procurement reports, spend analysis, and management dashboards.
• 6-Coordinate vendor meetings, negotiations, and review schedules
• .7-Organize departmental meetings, conferences, and business visits.
• 8-Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation complies with company policies
• .9-Support the Purchase Director in strategic initiatives and special projects.Prepare expense reports, reimbursement claims, and other administrative documents.

Pay: ₹14,819.07 - ₹35,000.00 per month
