You will report directly to the Director as his trusted right-hand, supporting the business and managing tasks independently. Your goal is to keep things moving and allow the Director to focus on the business.
Each day includes a short call with the Director to touch base and discuss priorities, after which you will manage your tasks independently. The Director has a direct, no-nonsense approach. The ability to make complicated things simple, rather than making simple things complicated, is essential.

You should be comfortable being given a problem and working out how to solve it, rather than simply reporting the problem back. You will need to be trustworthy, commercially minded, organised and able to use your own initiative.
