Executive Assistant to Director

We have an opening for "Executive Assistant"
Salary: 18k to 30k

Roles and Responsibility
1.Review NDA and COC documents and ensure all terms and compliance points are verified before authorization
2.Review and approve department indent as per stock availability and authorization requirements.
3.Prepare worker bills by cross-checking SAP entries and approved rates.
4.Verify contractor work completion, bills and maintain proper records.
5.Cross-check Sales Orders with customer POs for quantity, pricing, specifications, GST, payment and delivery terms.
6.Create Production Orders against approved Sales Orders and ensure accurate system entries.
7.Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Production and Planning teams for order execution and status updates.
8.Manage the MD’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
9.Coordinate with internal departments and follow up on assigned tasks.
10.Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and correspondence as required.
11.Handle emails, calls and confidential information professionally.
12.Schedule and coordinate meetings with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
13.Maintain records and ensure timely follow-up on important matters.
14.Support the MD in day-to-day administrative and business activities

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
