Executive Assistant to Director

G M Fabrics is hiring "Executive Assistant" for the Senior management.

Work Location: Marol, Andheri(E)

Job Role:

• Manage professional and personal scheduling for Senior Management, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
• Prepare internal and external corporate documents
• Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments and manage travel itineraries
• Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, couriers and maintenance of filing system and contacts database
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
• Maintain systematic and strict confidentiality with all materials
• Organize team communications via email, calls and WhatsApp and plan events, both internal and off-site

Education, Experience and skillsets:

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
• Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Meticulous in taking notes and converting them in documents
