Executive Assistant to Executive Director

• Manage the director’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and calendar.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes when required.
• Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and communication on behalf of the director.
• Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and summaries for decision-making.
• Maintain confidential files, records, and important documents.
• Coordinate with different departments, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Assist in planning and organizing business activities, events, and travel arrangements.
• Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and itineraries for the director.
• Monitor ongoing projects and provide updates to the director.
• Conduct research and collect information as required.
• Support administrative operations and improve workflow efficiency.
• Prepare meeting notes and track action items.
• Manage office priorities and ensure smooth communication between the director and team members.
• Perform other duties assigned by the director.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
