Executive Assistant to Founder

FitMoms is a fast-growing fitness and social media company with a 1.6M+ Instagram community, along with our newer lifestyle platform, Beyond Fit Moms. It’s a fast-paced environment with tremendous opportunity to learn, experiment, take ownership and grow in the world of social media, content and digital business.

We are looking for a proactive, organised and sharp Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder, with a primary focus on content research, product research and content execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Content Research

· Conduct regular research for both Instagram pages — FitMoms (fitness) and Beyond Fit Moms (non-fitness) by tracking relevant Indian and international creators, formats, trends, hooks, topics and content styles.

· For the fitness page, research topics will include fitness, wellness, women’s health and mom-focused content.

· For the non-fitness page, research content will include women empowerment, feminism, lifestyle, opinions, becoming content creators, storytelling and conversational/yapping-style reels.

· Continuously bring fresh content ideas and formats to the Founder.

· Support concept creation, reel ideas, hooks and script writing.

2. Product Research

· Benchmark Indian and global fitness/wellness courses, programs and memberships.

· Track pricing, positioning and new formats.

· Identify what is working, gaps and opportunities for FitMoms and present actionable ideas.

3. Content Project Management

· Manage the content calendar for FitMoms Instagram, Beyond Fit Moms Instagram and FitMoms YouTube.

· Plan content and shoots 2–3 weeks ahead.

· Coordinate with videographers, editors and other team members from shooting through publishing.

· Track deadlines, revisions and approvals and ensure timely execution.

4. Content Asset Management

· Organise and maintain the complete content library across Google Drive and hard drives.

· Manage raw footage, edited files, B-rolls, photos, graphics and published content.

· Maintain a clear, searchable folder structure and provide assets to editors when required.

5. Special Projects

· Identify and implement new ways to improve business efficiency, customer experience and marketing using technology, AI and automation.

· Explore and implement solutions such as AI-powered customer service/chatbots, WhatsApp APIs, broadcast campaigns and automated customer journeys for launches and ongoing communication.

· Research new tools and solutions and coordinate their implementation with relevant teams/vendors.

Ideal Candidate

· 2–4 years of experience in EA, content, social media, marketing or project management.

· Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube.

· Excellent research, organisation and communication skills.

· Strong follow-up and ownership mindset.

· Detail-oriented and proactive.

· Comfortable with Canva, Google Drive/Sheets and AI tools.

· Naturally curious and someone who constantly keeps up with creators, trends and digital businesses.
