OAGoC is a professional services group working across assurance, compliance and advisory. We are looking for an

Executive Assistant

to support our founder and Group CEO across business, professional and selected personal commitments.

This role is suitable for someone who is organised, dependable, discreet and able to take ownership of follow-up matters. The successful candidate will help the Group CEO manage time effectively, prepare ahead of meetings and commitments, coordinate internal and external arrangements, and ensure important matters are followed through properly.

Prepare him ahead of meetings and events by gathering the purpose, participants, papers and decisions needed. Follow up early on missing information.

Track commitments accepted by the CEO, coordinate follow-through with the responsible people and flag matters needing a decision or timely intervention.

Coordinate travel, itineraries, meetings and event arrangements for Singapore and overseas commitments, including changes and practical logistics.

Support selected personal appointments and logistics so that business and personal commitments fit into one workable calendar.

Prepare correspondence and short briefings, organise relevant information, and communicate professionally and discreetly with internal and external contacts.

Handle confidential business and personal information with discretion and professionalism.

Support other administrative, coordination and follow-up matters as assigned.

Requirements

Strong sense of ownership, responsibility and follow-through.

Good practical judgement, with the ability to understand situations, clarify issues and propose workable solutions.

Organised, dependable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Able to adapt when priorities change and communicate clearly with relevant parties.

Confident in using calendar, email and office tools, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.

Willing to learn digital and AI tools that can improve preparation, coordination and productivity.

Able to deal respectfully and professionally with people at different levels.

Able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Secretary, Operations Coordinator, Client Service Coordinator or similar role will be an advantage.

Candidates with strong transferable skills and learning potential are welcome to apply.

A specific degree, accounting qualification or fixed number of years in an EA role is not required.

We welcome experienced EAs and candidates with strong transferable skills who are ready to grow into the role. Previous EA tenure, a particular degree or an accounting qualification is not a prerequisite. We will assess your judgement, capability and learning potential.
