Executive Assistant to Lead Agent!

Day to Day

• Calendar oraganising and scheduling
• Preparing the agents marketing material, brochures using Canva just sold, just listed, auction invites etc
• Managing listings from appraisal through to settlement
• Coordinating and preparing property marketing campaigns, including photography, floorplans, copywriting, and online advertising
• Scheduling appointments, listing presentations, buyer inspections, open homes, and auction campaigns
• Monday to Friday, no weekends!

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 6-12+ months of experience in a Sales Admin, EA, or Operations Manager role
• QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• The ability to multitask
• Excellent organisational skills
