Executive Assistant To Managing Director

Exp -( Openig for Strictly 0-1 years) (Freshers Welcome)

Manage scheduling, appointments, meetings, reminders, and the MD s daily/weekly calendar

Handle incoming calls, emails, messages; screen and prioritize communication

Assist in drafting emails, notes, basic correspondence, and taking dictation

Prepare and support agendas, minutes of meetings, presentations, and reports

Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the MD and senior executives

Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential documents (offline & online)

Assist in coordination with HNI/VIP customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Support basic research, data collection, and preparation of briefs and presentations

Track action items, follow up on tasks, and monitor timelines as directed by the MD

Assist in vendor coordination, quotations, and purchase-related documentation

Support coordination for office, outlet, and infrastructure maintenance activities

Provide general administrative and coordination support to the MD s office as required

Background in Marketing and Sales
Camera handling and content creation capabilities
E-commerce operational knowledge
