Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, proactive and tech-savvy professional to work directly with the MD and oversee coordination across ongoing projects, site teams, contractors, consultants and procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the MD on day-to-day project and site operations.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and field teams regarding ongoing work, labour and operational requirements.
• Verify site-related payments and coordinate with the Site Engineer for necessary checks.
• Conduct/coordinate audits and reviews of ongoing site work.
• Coordinate with contractors and labour teams and ensure timely follow-up on work and requirements.
• Handle contractor negotiations and resolve routine operational issues within defined authority.
• Coordinate with the Procurement team and follow up with site consultants for material and project requirements.
• Track pending activities and provide regular updates to the MD.
• Take operational decisions within stipulated limits and escalate matters requiring management approval.
• Use Excel, ChatGPT and other AI/digital tools for reporting, analysis, documentation and efficient coordination.

• Experience in construction, projects, site operations, procurement or similar coordination roles will be preferred.
