WE'RE HIRING: Executive Assistant (Warehouse Operations)

Location: BGC, Taguig
Employment Type: Full-time | Direct Hire

We are looking for a proactive, and logical thinker to join our team as an Executive Assistant supporting our Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
• Coordinate warehouse schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor and organize inventory- and operations-related records.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Assist in process improvements and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
✔ Smart, resourceful, and able to think logically under pressure.
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
✔ Experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in warehouse/logistics operations is an advantage.
