Founded by an IIM Calcutta alumnus, we work with leading banks, NBFCs and financial-sector institutions through eLearning, instructor-led training and blended learning programmes. About the Role

This is a close-working role with the Co-Founder, designed for someone who wants broad exposure to how a growing professional-services business operates and scales. You will begin with clearly defined tasks, receive regular guidance, and take on greater ownership as you become comfortable with the work.

You are not expected to know everything from day one. Curiosity, reliability and a willingness to learn matter more than a perfect résumé.

What You’ll Work On

Founder and business support

· Shadow the Co-Founder and support priorities, follow-ups, scheduling, documents and day-to-day coordination.

· Help keep multiple workstreams organised and ensure important actions move forward.

Clients, projects and people

· Support client communication, background research, meeting notes and project coordination.

· Assist with hiring, candidate coordination and the development of FinThots’ network of trainers, experts and collaborators.

Growth, digital and AI-enabled work

· Assist with business-development research, strategic initiatives, product ideas and digital marketing.

· Use AI and productivity tools for drafting, research, structuring information and improving workflows.

Who We’re Looking For

The essentials

· Eagerness to learn and the confidence to ask questions.

· Basic written and verbal communication skills.

· Patience to listen, ability to think, and willingness to express a view.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.

· Reliability, organisation and a willingness to follow through.

· Familiarity with AI tools

Helpful, but not essential

· Prior work or internship experience.

· Familiarity with social media, research or business operations.

· Experience in banking, learning and development, consulting or a small business environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
