Key Responsibilities - Associate - CBO's office

• Run the reporting cadence: operations scorecards, weekly reviews, monthly packs verified, annotated, published on time.
• Analysis: cost comparisons, margin views, planning support — working with the automated stack and taking analyses from question to defensible answer.
• Follow-through: track decisions and actions from the Management's reviews across functions; chase owners; keep the open-items log honest.
• Ground verification: what the reports claim vs what the floor shows — site visits, spot checks, first-hand reads.
• Special projects: discrete, time-boxed problems across functions — research, structure, execute, hand over.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar business role in a fast-paced environment.
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputable institution (any specialization).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work on projects requiring strong problem-solving abilities.
