Experience:

• Minimum 10 to 12 years of hands-on experience in a similar position within engineering / manufacturing organizations.

• Thorough knowledge of CNC machine shop activities.

• Strong expertise in UG NX 6, Master CAM AutoCAD.

• Managing CNC Centre of Minimum 15 Machines.

Responsibilities:

• Machining Jig Fixture Concept and Cutting Tools Selection.

• Mazak, BFW Machine with Fanuc Control.

• PPM reduction, Cycle time reduction setup time reduction Cost Saving Project.

• Part set up Corrections.

• IATF Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA).
