What they need
Handle customer payment follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp & email, track pending invoices and commitments, coordinate for PODs/disputes, perform reconciliations, send payment reminders and escalate unresolved accounts as per SOP.
Required Candidate profile
Graduate with 1+ year of experience B2B collections. Strong communication and MS Excel skills required. Basic accounts knowledge preferred.
