Executive - B2B Tour Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Handle travel enquiries received from tour agents across India and provide suitable itineraries, quotations, and travel solutions.
• Follow up proactively with agents to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and other suppliers to obtain rates, check availability, and secure services.
• Manage bookings, confirmations, itinerary revisions, and related documentation accurately.
• Build strong relationships with travel agents and ensure timely responses to their requirements.
• Track enquiries, follow-ups, conversion rates, and confirmed bookings to achieve business targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B travel operations is mandatory.
• Proven ability to handle travel enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with agents, and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Fluency in Hindi and a strong command of written and spoken English are mandatory.
• Knowledge of Malayalam or any other Indian language is an added advantage.
• Good negotiation, communication, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and booking documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
