Position Overview

You'll work with established professionals and households who are looking for thoughtful guidance around their financial and coverage needs. These aren't one-size-fits-all conversations. You'll take the time to understand the client's priorities, current situation, and existing coverage before recommending options that make sense for them.

You'll work with qualified leads, develop relationships through consultative conversations, present recommendations, and guide clients through the decision and enrollment process. This is a commission-based opportunity for an experienced professional who is confident discussing financial needs, building trust, and leading higher-value conversations.

Leads, training, proven tools, and case support are provided. You bring the communication skills, professionalism, and drive to turn those opportunities into results.

Core Duties

• Connect with qualified leads and develop each opportunity
• Conduct in-depth conversations around financial and coverage needs
• Review existing coverage and identify potential gaps
• Present appropriate solutions and recommendations
• Handle questions and objections with confidence
• Guide clients through the decision and enrollment process

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence decisions through conversation
• Strong judgment when evaluating individual client needs
• Comfortable working with financially sophisticated clients
• Private, professional home office with reliable internet and equipment
• Polished verbal communication and professional presence

Pay: $115,000.00 - $156,000.00 per year
