Executive - Benefits Management

1.     Check and verify staff claims (medical, travelling, mileage and other reimbursements) against entitlement and supporting documents.

2.     Administer PERKESO/SOCSO and EIS matters, including accident reporting, claims submission and follow-up.

3.     Verify, reconcile and process medical benefits invoices from panel clinics, hospitals, TPA and insurers for payment.

4.     Administer group insurance and takaful schemes (GTL, GHS, GOP, GPA) - enrolment, deletion, claims and renewal.

5.     Analyse benefits and claims data to identify utilisation trends, cost drivers and abnormal claims by company, location, clinic and benefit type.

6.     Prepare monthly and annual benefits utilisation and cost reports, dashboards and management papers.

7.     Assist in planning and costing of new or enhanced staff benefits, including cost impact simulation and benchmarking.

8.     Review and revise benefits policies, guidelines and procedures, and recommend cost containment measures based on data findings.

9.     Maintain accurate benefits data in SAP HR and HRX, including periodic data validation and audit schedules.

10.  Attend to employee enquiries and appeals on benefits matters.

11.  Undertake any other duties as directed by the superior from time to time.
