Executive - Book keeping

1. Company Formation & Entity Changes:

Support incorporations, entity amendments, address updates, dissolutions, and related documentation across multiple jurisdictions.

1. Business Registrations & Regulatory Compliance:

Assist with business registrations, employer and foreign entity registrations, tax registrations, renewals, periodic compliance filings, trademark support, secretarial compliance, and portal management across the U.S., U.K., Canada, UAE, and Australia.

1. Documentation & Stakeholder Coordination:

Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and authorities for information gathering, query resolution, drafting routine emails, and providing updates on compliance and bookkeeping matters.

1. Bookkeeping & Accounting Support:

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger postings, and bank reconciliations.

1. Financial Record Maintenance:

Ensure accurate recording, classification, and updating of financial transactions such as sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries to maintain proper books of account.
Qualifications

1. Exposure to multi-country compliance
2. Experience with regulatory portals and documentation workflows
3. MS Excel proficiency (accounting tools preferred) with strong attention to detail
4. Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting
5. Experience: 0-1 year in compliance, accounting, or bookkeeping
