Executive, Branch Operations - Melaka Branch

About the role

Deliver cross-functional administrative and operational support across key branch units, including customer service, underwriting, finance, admin, and claims.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily operational and administrative duties to maintain seamless branch workflows.
• Address and resolve queries from customers, policyholders, and field forces while delivering exceptional service aligned with corporate standards.
• Support the business development team by managing follow-ups, preparing quotations within assigned authority, and resolving claims inquiries.
• Manage end-to-end financial operations, including receipting, counter services, and collections from agents and policyholders, while monitoring transactions for strict compliance with Cash-Before-Cover (CBC) and Premium Warranty regulations.
• Ensure strict compliance with external regulations, internal policies, guidelines, and procedures for effective risk and agency management.
• Handle diverse operational tasks and ad-hoc duties as requested by branch leadership.

Requirement:

• Diploma and above.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in Insurance industry; or Entry-level candidates with a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Basic knowledge of standard operation, administration procedures and protocols of Insurance business.
• Good command of IT systems and applications.
