Executive - BUHR HIring

Job Purpose:

To be a part of organisation and grow with time as establishing the skills and knowledge gained and add value to TIG.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.
• Meet recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT) requirements.

Skills & Abilities:

• Highly logical, analytical and data driven.
• Strong conceptual problem solving, creativity.
• Quick learner with the ability to identify and drive changes to get more efficient and accurate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Experience working with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Years of Experience:

• Should have relevant experience of 2- 3 Years.
• Minimum 1-2 Years of experience in Global recruitment.

Education Qualifiation:

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant recruitment/talent acquisition experience preferred.
