Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee day-to-day building operations and ensure facilities are functioning effectively

2. Monitor and coordinate maintenance, repair, and rectification works

3. Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on defects and corrective actions

4. Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are implemented and complied with statutory requirements

5. Handle residents' feedback, complaints, and service requested professionally

6. Coordinate with residents on access for maintenance and repair works

7. Maintain good communication between management, residents, and contractors

8. Assist the Building Manager / Property Manager in daily operational matters

9. Provide recommendations for improvement in building operations and service quality

10. Support audits, inspections, and meetings when required
