Executive - Building Services

Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist admin officer on paper work and coordination work
• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures and utility systems of building maintaining grounds.
• Directs workers engaged in mechanical and machinery ie lift, escalator and ventilation fan and air-cond system.
• Requisitions tools, equipment and supplies
• Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards.
• Performs other duties as duties ad described under Supervisor Master Title
• To ensure all the fire fighter system and equipment is in good condition.
• Coordination with service contractor to ensure all the service work carried out accordingly to the contract.
• The task performed must comply with the specified SOP.
• To resolve all issue highlighted in Yardi system
• To ensure and monitor all mall equipment (lift, escalator, travellator and air cond system) in good condition.
• To check & monitor monthly stock at store room.

Person Specification:

• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years Retail Mall / Commercial Building.
• Excellent Communication (Written & Oral)and interpersonal skills
• Ability Flexible and work analytically in a problem –Solving environment
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
