Executive, Business Development (Digital Wealth & Advisory Platforms)

Job Purpose
Support the growth and continuous improvement of the company's digital wealth and advisory platforms by providing first-line business support, engaging stakeholders, gathering user feedback, conducting training, and driving system enhancement initiatives to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Business User Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for advisers and internal stakeholders on system enquiries, processes, and functionality.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and coordinate the resolution of system-related issues with relevant teams.
• Provide guidance and support to users on platform features and business workflows.

Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering

• Gather feedback, enhancement requests, and business requirements from advisers, relationship managers, and operational teams.
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities to improve user experience, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Document business requirements, user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.

System Enhancement & Project Delivery

• Drive enhancement initiatives from requirement gathering through implementation and post-launch support.
• Work closely with business users, developers, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of enhancements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, deployment activities, and release validation.
• Track enhancement progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Training & User Adoption

• Conduct system training sessions for advisers, relationship managers, and internal staff.
• Organise and facilitate monthly system update briefings to showcase new features, enhancements, and process changes.
• Deliver training through both physical classroom sessions and online platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
• Prepare training materials, user guides, release notes, and knowledge base documentation.
• Promote user adoption and increase awareness of available platform capabilities and digital initiatives.

Communication & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with advisers and business stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technology teams to ensure user needs are understood and addressed.
• Gather feedback from training and engagement sessions and translate insights into future enhancement opportunities.

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor system usage, user feedback, and operational challenges to identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend process optimisation and automation opportunities.
• Support the rollout of new digital services, features, and business initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Banking & Finance, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Experience in business support, system implementation, business analysis, project coordination, financial services, or wealth management environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct both physical and virtual training sessions confidently.
• Familiarity with UAT, Agile methodologies, and system enhancement projects is an advantage.
