Executive (Business Process Management)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of user-friendly knowledge content, including SOPs, Work Instructions, e-books, and knowledge articles.
• Manage the corporate knowledge repository to ensure information is accurate, current, and easily accessible.
• Lead process implementation, communication, and adoption initiatives across locations.
• Monitor process adoption, identify implementation gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise, coach, and coordinate junior team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of knowledge management activities.
• Collaborate with business units to promote knowledge sharing and improve organizational knowledge experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Process Documentation, Business Support, or related functions.
• Strong communication, coordination, and people management skills.
• Experience using AI and digital tools to improve knowledge accessibility and user experience.
• Experience in the container shipping, logistics, or engineering industry is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
