Work Schedule: This is a 24/7 on-site role with rotating shifts, including night shifts. The position offers two days off per week, which may not always fall on weekends. The role requires working onsite five days a week, with no hybrid work arrangement.

Training & Assessment Requirement

Successful candidates will be required to complete mandatory process training and achieve the required pass mark in a competency assessment before undertaking independent production responsibilities.

Role Overview

The role supports finance and business operations, including reconciliations, reporting, customer and stakeholder queries, financial transactions, month-end/year-end activities and compliance. You will work closely with global and local Finance and Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.

Key Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Bachelors) Must; B.Com / Finance / Accounting graduates preferred
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in customer service or backend operations
• Strong understanding of finance operations
• Experience in preparing and delivering accurate reports
• Proficient in English communication
• Good MS Office skills
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is desirable
