EXECUTIVE, BUYER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support sourcing activities for new localization projects, including supplier selection and
  evaluation.
• Manage Request for Quotation (RFQ) activities, including cost analysis, feasibility studies,
  and preparation and issuance of commercial documents such as LOI, LOA, and S&P.
• Verify and maintain cost control data, including cost monitoring, price database preparation,
  periodic foreign exchange (forex) updates, and local content and amortization status.
• Conduct periodic cost improvement activities for mass production, including Value
  Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives and cost assurance visits to suppliers.
• Support supplier management activities, including supplier performance reviews, asset
  tagging and monitoring, and supplier information updates.
• Manage and coordinate the price database and tooling amortization summaries.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, or any other
  related fields.
• Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
• No minimum experience is required for fresh graduates, and they are encouraged to apply.
• Analytical Skills - Candidates should be analytically minded in order to analyse the price, cost,
  etc on a daily basis.
• Negotiating Skills - Possess good negotiating skills to secure good deals for the company.
