EXECUTIVE – CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT (TEMPORARY)

Position: Temporary Executive – Capability Development Duration: Mid-November 2026 to Mid-April 2027Monthly Allowance: RM2,000 – RM2,400

A candidate with a Degree in Human Resources or a related field would be suitable for this temporary assignment. The candidate should possess good coordination, communication and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and follow up with various stakeholders. Fresh graduates may also be considered for the assignment.

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management or administration may also be considered.
• Communication skills: Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees and various stakeholders.
• Coordination skills: Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple programmes, schedules and follow-ups.
• Administrative skills: Good documentation, record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail: Able to maintain accurate trackers, records and programme-related documentation.
• Follow-up skills: Proactive in monitoring outstanding actions and ensuring tasks are completed within the required timelines.
• Interpersonal skills: Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with different departments and employee groups.
• Adaptability: Able to work independently, learn quickly and handle changing priorities
