Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our presence across online marketplaces and D2C platforms. The ideal candidate will assist in product listings, inventory coordination, pricing strategies, and performance monitoring to drive visibility and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage product listings and catalogs across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
* Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for better visibility (SEO)

* Monitor stock availability and coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams

* Implement promotions, pricing updates, and offer management
* Track sales performance, returns, and ratings on a daily/weekly basis

* Coordinate with customer support teams to address issues and ensure service excellence

* Assist in marketplace advertising campaigns (AMS, Sponsored Ads)

* Prepare regular sales and performance reports

* Ensure compliance with platform policies and service-level agreements

Qualifications & Skills:

a) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
b) 1-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations
c) Familiarity with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify (D2C)
d) Proficient in Excel (v-lookups, pivots, reports)
e) Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO for listings
f) Strong coordination, communication, and time-management skills
g) Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset
