Executive Chauffeur

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, discreet, and professional Executive Chauffeur to provide safe, punctual transportation for authorized passengers. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong commitment to confidentiality and service.

You will coordinate with executive support staff and designated security personnel to ensure transportation runs smoothly and accommodates the schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transportation to meetings, airports, appointments, business functions, and other authorized destinations.
• Plan routes, monitor traffic and weather, and allow adequate travel time to ensure punctual arrivals.
• Arrive promptly for assignments and remain prepared for schedule changes, additional stops, and return trips.
• Coordinate pickup locations, parking, arrival times, and transportation logistics with executive support staff and designated security personnel.
• Keep company vehicles clean, fueled, stocked, and ready for use.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and coordinate scheduled maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
• Maintain accurate mileage, fuel, maintenance, and expense records.
• Assist passengers with doors, luggage, packages, and other reasonable needs.
• Complete authorized errands, deliveries, and pickups as assigned.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding conversations, schedules, destinations, and passenger identities.
• Follow traffic laws and company policies, and promptly report accidents, vehicle concerns, or safety issues.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to us and our insurer.
• Previous professional driving experience; executive chauffeur or private driver experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with metropolitan Atlanta, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, and navigation applications.
• Experience operating luxury SUVs and executive vehicles.
• Strong punctuality, communication skills, discretion, and professional presentation.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and attentive during traffic delays or unexpected schedule changes.
• Ability to assist with luggage and perform essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to complete applicable preemployment screening and driving record verification.
• Defensive driving training and current CPR/first aid certification preferred.

Schedule and Professional Expectations

The schedule will follow executive transportation needs and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, occasional overnight travel, and scheduled waiting periods between trips. We will discuss expected hours, availability, and travel requirements during the hiring process, but the candidate must remain flexible and available at all times.

Professional attire and courteous service are required. Unauthorized passengers, personal use of company vehicles, and sharing or posting confidential information about the executive, passengers, or company are prohibited.
