What they need
Minimum 6 - 8 years’ experience in Chinese kitchen operation for Hotel or Catering industry with at least 3 years' in the same capacity
Experience in managing kitchen operations, controlling food costs and menu planning
Well-organized, good time management and strong sense of market trend
Knowledge of ISO 22000 Food Safety Management system and computer skills is a definite advantage
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
