What they need
Treville Phuket is a fifteen-key private coastal residence at Naithon, opening December 2026. The house is intimate, the covers are few, the standards are absolute, and the guests are known by name. As we build toward opening, we are recruiting two senior leaders to shape their departments from the ground up and lead them thereafter.
- Minimum five years as Executive Sous Chef or three years as Executive Chef at a high-quality fine Thai dining restaurant, independent or within a luxury hotel group, with genuine command of Western and Mediterranean cuisine.
- Experienced in private dining for discerning clientele.
- Fluent in English and strong working Thai.
- Hands-on, talented, self-motivated, a natural team player with strong leadership and a controlled temper.
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
