What they need
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive culinary experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role as Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, menu planning, costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
- Proven experience in managing large kitchen teams and multiple food outlets.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong budgeting and cost-control abilities.
- Ability to develop innovative menus while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Proficient in kitchen management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required
- Creative and detail-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for culinary excellence.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Preferable from Tacloban & residing in Tacloban.
- Assigned in Downtown Tacloban City
