Executive Chef

Position: Executive Chef

Location: Munnar

Salary: ₹55,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 7 Years in Hotel, Resort, or Hospitality Industry

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all kitchen operations and food preparation activities
• Design and update menus while maintaining quality and consistency
• Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, and performance
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are maintained
• Control food costs, inventory, and kitchen supplies
• Monitor food presentation and guest satisfaction
• Train and mentor kitchen team members
• Coordinate with management to enhance dining experiences

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a hotel or resort
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of food production, menu planning, and kitchen operations
• Ability to manage costs and maintain quality standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Salary: ₹55,000 – ₹60,000
