Executive Chef (Arabic & Western Cuisine) Required
We are looking to hire a highly qualified Executive Chef with the following qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE.
- Extensive experience in all sections of both Arabic and Western kitchens.
- Proven ability to develop and design menus.
- Skilled in creating standardized recipes and managing Food Cost.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Holder of a valid HACCP Certificate with hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining HACCP systems.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in 5-star hotels or large-scale restaurants.
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills with experience in supervising teams and daily kitchen operations.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
