NOW HIRING: EXECUTIVE CHEF | NX LEVEL SPORTS COMPLEX

NX Level Sports Complex is looking for an experienced, creative, and entrepreneurial Executive Chef to lead and build our growing food & beverage operation.

NX Level is a multi-sport and entertainment complex bringing athletes, families, teams, and the community together under one roof. Our facility features volleyball, pickleball, batting cages, golf simulators, athletic training, and physical therapy, creating a dynamic environment with a diverse customer base and significant opportunities for growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who wants to do more than simply run a kitchen. Our Executive Chef will have the opportunity to help build and shape the entire culinary and food & beverage experience at NX Level, including:

Concessions
Developing high-quality, efficient, and profitable food offerings for athletes, families, tournaments, leagues, and high-volume events.

Smoothie & Acai Bowl Outlet
Creating fresh, nutritious, and appealing options that complement NX Level’s active, health-focused environment.

Full Bar Operations
Developing and overseeing a beverage program serving guests, tournaments, events, and our growing adult clientele.

Culinary Operations
Establishing menus, recipes, food quality standards, operating procedures, purchasing systems, and a consistent guest experience across all food & beverage outlets.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a culinary leader, business-minded operator, and creative food professional who can help define what food and beverage looks like at NX Level.

The ideal candidate will:

• Lead, mentor, train, and develop a high-performing culinary and food & beverage team
• Create innovative menus that balance quality, nutrition, value, speed, and profitability
• Understand high-volume concession, tournament, catering, and event operations
• Develop food and beverage concepts that appeal to athletes, families, teams, and adults
• Manage food costs, labor, inventory, purchasing, waste, and overall profitability
• Establish recipes, portion standards, prep systems, and operational procedures
• Bring creativity and consistency to both our food and beverage programs
• Understand responsible and compliant alcohol and bar operations
• Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, quality, and presentation
• Work collaboratively with ownership and management to develop the overall NX Level experience
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sports and entertainment environment
• Build a positive team culture centered around hospitality, teamwork, accountability, and excellence

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is more than a traditional Executive Chef position.

We’re looking for someone who sees the opportunity to build something.

You’ll have a voice in menu development, food concepts, staffing, systems, purchasing, pricing, and the overall direction of the food & beverage operation. The right person will have the opportunity to grow with NX Level as the facility and its customer base continue to expand.

Pay: $69,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year
