The Grand Sona, Deoghar is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete kitchen operations and culinary team management
• Design and implement innovative menus (Indian, Continental & Regional specialties)
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Maintain food cost control and kitchen inventory management
• Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Coordinate with F&B service team for smooth banquet and restaurant operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in hotel kitchen operations
• At least 3–5 years in a leadership role as Head Chef / Executive Sous Chef
• Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine preparation
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of budgeting and food cost control
• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred
