We are seeking a talented, creative, and visionary Executive Chef to lead our Culinary  team and elevate our food and beverage offerings to the highest standards of luxury hospitality. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee all kitchen operations across our restaurants, banquets, and colleague dining facilities, ensuring excellence in quality, presentation, innovation, and guest satisfaction. You will inspire and develop a high-performing culinary team, drive financial performance through effective cost management, and collaborate with key departments to deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining Rosewood's standards of service, hygiene, and operational excellence. 

What you will bring:

• Strong expertise in culinary operations, menu development, food quality standards, and banquet execution.
• Proven experience managing food costs, labor expenses, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse culinary  teams.
• A passion for innovation, creativity, and delivering memorable dining experiences.
• Extensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and operational best practices.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain exceptional quality standards while balancing financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
