Product Development and Innovation

• Develop new value-added products utilizing the company's pork, chicken, and egg products.
• Create innovative and ready-to-cook product concepts
• Conduct product trials, sensory evaluations, and recipe standardization
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams on product launches and promotional campaigns
• Identify emerging food trends and consumer preferences to guide product innovation

Recipe Development & Culinary Standards

• Develop, standardize, and maintain a collection of recipes using pork, chicken, and eggs
• Create seasonal and promotional recipes for marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities
• Develop cooking demos and recipe videos for digital platforms
• Establish cooking and food presentation standards for company events and demonstrations
• Design, improve, and oversee meal programs for farm employees
• Train and monitor food preparation process and kitchen operations to ensure food safety compliance

Executive & Corporate Catering Support

• Prepare meals for Executive meetings, board meetings, and company events
• Participation in community outreach programs and public events representing the company

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
