Ambassador Personnel has an exciting direct hire opportunity for an Executive Chef in the Thomasville GA area for our client.

We’re seeking an Executive Chef to lead a high-quality dining program serving students, faculty, staff, and the broader school community.

What You’ll Lead:

• A fresh, scratch-made culinary program
• Menu development focused on nutrition and variety
• Culinary team leadership, training, and development
• Food quality, presentation, sanitation, and safety
• Purchasing, inventory, food costs, labor, and waste management
• Strong client and community relationships
• Continuous improvement based on feedback

What We’re Looking For:

• Significant professional culinary leadership experience
• Proven success managing and developing culinary teams
• Experience creating and executing scratch-made menus
• Strong knowledge of food costs, purchasing, inventory, and kitchen operations
• High standards for food safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Excellent communication and client-management skills
• A genuine passion for fresh, wholesome food and creating positive dining experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Culinary degree, culinary arts education, or related formal training.
• Food safety certifications and other relevant culinary certifications are preferred.
• Equivalent professional culinary experience may substitute for formal education.
