Property: 30-Room Boutique Stay & Multicuisine Café

La Hault is a boutique mountain property looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead and manage our kitchen. We’re looking for someone passionate about food, capable of heading a multicuisine kitchen, building a strong team, and delivering an excellent dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Head and manage daily kitchen operations
• Oversee the preparation of Indian, Chinese and Continental cuisines
• Plan menus, develop new dishes and maintain food quality and consistency
• Manage kitchen staff, schedules and training
• Maintain food costs, inventory, portion control and minimise wastage
• Ensure hygiene, food safety and kitchen discipline
• Coordinate with the F&B team for smooth restaurant operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a hotel or multicuisine restaurant
• Strong knowledge of Indian, Chinese and Continental cuisines
• Excellent kitchen leadership and team management skills
• Understanding of food costing, inventory and menu planning
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Passion for quality food, creativity and maintaining high standards

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
