Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience
Luxury hotel or fine dining background

Strong food cost, labor, and inventory management skills
ServSafe certification preferred
Culinary degree preferred
Preferred Background
Forbes Five-Star or AAA Five Diamond experience
Experience serving VIP and high-net-worth clientele
Multi-outlet luxury hotel experience
