We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations and ensure excellence in food quality, kitchen efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen and food production operations.
• Lead, train, and develop the culinary team.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, consistency, and food safety standards.
• Manage menu planning, food costing, inventory, and kitchen budgets.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
• Coordinate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop new dishes and continuously improve culinary offerings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in a senior culinary position, preferably in a hotel, resort, casino, or high-volume operation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food costing, kitchen operations, and food safety.
• Creative, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays.
