Executive Chef

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join our team for a catering-focused role. This position involves supervise our existing team to prepare and deliver high-quality catering services for corporate events and functions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Supervise the catering team to plan, prepare, and execute menus for corporate catering and events.
• Assist in the preparation of a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
• Manage food inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of presentation and taste.
• Support the team in setting up and breaking down catering events, including plating and presentation.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in catering or event settings.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work during weekends or evenings as required by event schedules.
• Passion for creating delicious dishes and delivering exceptional customer service.
