Overview
We are seeking a skilled and creative Executive Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, possess excellent culinary skills, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen
• Create innovative menus in line with culinary trends
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards
• Manage kitchen staff, including training and supervision
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations

Skills

• Proficient in all aspects of kitchen operations
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices
• Ability to lead a team
• Excellent supervisory and time management skills

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional kitchen experience, including at least 2-3 years in a kitchen leadership position.
