We are hiring a Chinese Executive Chef As a Chinese Executive Chef, we rely on you to

• To maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in Pastry according to the standards required by the management
• Proposes new items and coordinates menu development
• Participates in creating special projects, themes, festivals
• Adopt and maintain a sound professional knowledge on all aspects related to the operation and position, including ensuring kitchen areas are maintained to Shangri-La standard, food safety, HACCAP responsibility.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Preferably has minimum 1 year experience working in Chinese Executive Chef position in either a luxury restaurant or a 5-star hotel background
• Knowledgeable of SFS Implementation
• Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
• Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
• Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
• Committed to serving food of the highest quality
• Passion for food and great attention to detail
