Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate civil works for new and existing retail stores.
• Coordinate with cross-functional business teams to ensure project execution.
• Work with vendors for store setup, maintenance, and civil work execution.
• Review vendor estimates and evaluate project costs.
• Read and understand store layout drawings.
• Verify vendor work orders against approved layout drawings.
• Coordinate procurement and installation of store assets.
• Ensure quality execution of civil works and asset installations.
• Track project timelines and ensure stores are handed over to the business team on schedule.
