EXECUTIVE

Department: Client Relations

Overview: Responsible for being the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services

Scope of Work:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone & email interactions
• Effectively troubleshoot customer concerns regarding products, application issues, and order fulfillment, in coordination with respective departments
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to agreed-upon specifications
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide data for improvement in product development and service delivery
• Maintain detailed customer records and account information, along with maintaining & sharing relevant documentation and supporting with accounts reconciliation
• Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
• Manage sampling process & sample store
• Troubleshooting & suggestive actions, in coordination with Operations Manager

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Industry: Manufacturing

Qualifications: Diploma / UG level

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
